MRI backs its services with 100% unconditional guarantee. If, in the first 30 days of the subscription, a client is not completely satisfied with the services provided, the client may cancel the subscription for a full refund less an administrative charge of $150.

If during the initial 30 days the client printed reports and/or other tangible material from the services provide by MRI, client must return these reports via mail before a refund is issued.
